From the moment you receive your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. For partial deliveries, the cooling-off period begins after receiving the last part.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement through a clear statement (in writing, by post, or email). You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. We request that you use the return option available on our website, which can be found in your account.

You can notify us of your intention to return items up to 14 days after delivery. After registration, you have 14 days to return the product. Return shipping is at your own expense. The customer is responsible for the products from the moment of receipt until the products are returned to us. Products that are not registered for return will not be processed.

Custom Orders

For custom-made gaskets, you can cancel the order within 1 hour after accepting the quote. After this period, the product will be put into production and cannot be canceled. Additionally, there is no right of return for custom-made items.
