Processing Time and Compensation

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and no later than 30 calendar days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please account for additional shipping days.

If delivery is delayed or if an order cannot be fulfilled in full or only partially, the consumer will be informed within one month of the order. In such cases, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement at no cost and is entitled to any applicable compensation.
