Loxeal 59-10 Liquid Sealant 75ml

Loxeal 59-10 is a single-component, medium-strength anaerobic sealant with excellent heat resistance. This product cures at room temperature when confined in the absence of air between closely fitting metal surfaces. It is ideal for sealing flat, close-fitting flange connections on pumps, gearboxes, camshaft blocks, and engine flanges. Loxeal 59-10 replaces pre-formed gaskets, offers greater machine tolerances, and ensures metal-to-metal contact while allowing disassembly with standard tools. The product is highly resistant to vibrations, heat, water, gases, LPG, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals.

Curing Performance: The curing speed depends on the substrate used, the gap, and the temperature. Functional strength is typically achieved after 1 to 3 hours. Full curing occurs after 24 to 36 hours. For passive surfaces and/or low temperatures, the use of Loxeal Activator 11 is recommended.
