Loxeal 83-21 High Strength Threadlocker 50ml

Fast-curing, high-strength anaerobic adhesive for locking and sealing threads and securing cylindrical components. Highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals. Approved as a thread sealant with oxygen gas up to 20 bar at +60°C (BAM Ref N° II.1/46 363).

Curing Performance
The curing speed depends on the assembly gap, surface material, and temperature. Functional strength is typically achieved within 1 to 3 hours, with full curing taking 24 to 36 hours. On passive surfaces and/or at low temperatures, faster curing can be obtained using Loxeal Activator 11, although its use may reduce the final strength.
