Loxeal 83-54 High Strength Threadlocker 250ml

This fast-curing, high-strength anaerobic adhesive is specifically designed for locking and sealing threaded connections and securing cylindrical parts. The adhesive offers excellent resistance to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and many other chemicals. Additionally, it is approved for use as a thread sealant with gaseous oxygen up to 20 bar at +60°C (BAM Ref N° 2-1893/2012 E). This package contains 250 ml of high-strength thread locker.

Curing

The curing speed depends on the assembly gap, material surfaces, and temperature. Functional strength is typically achieved within 1 - 3 hours, with full curing taking 24 - 36 hours. For passive surfaces and/or low temperatures, faster curing can be achieved with Loxeal activator 11.
