Loxeal 83-54 High Strength Threadlocker 50ml

This fast-curing, high-strength anaerobic adhesive is specifically designed for locking and sealing threaded connections and securing cylindrical parts. The adhesive offers excellent resistance to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and various other chemicals. Additionally, this adhesive is approved for use as a thread sealant with gaseous oxygen up to 20 bar at a temperature of +60°C (BAM Ref N° 2-1893/2012 E). This specific package contains 50ml of this high-strength thread locker.

Curing

The speed at which the adhesive cures depends on factors such as the assembly gap, material surface type, and ambient temperature. The adhesive typically reaches functional strength within 1 to 3 hours, with full curing taking place within 24 to 36 hours. For passive surfaces and/or lower temperatures, the curing speed can be accelerated by using Loxeal Activator 11.
